We want you to be fully satisfied with your Rakuten Kobo eReader; if you are not, you can return your device within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please note that digital eBooks and audiobooks are generally non-refundable once the download or streaming process has begun.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Rakuten Kobo account under 'My Orders' or contact our Customer Care team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the eReader and all original accessories, including the charging cable and documentation, back into the original retail packaging.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location within 14 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned device for any physical damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
